3. Submission of Reviews and Documents

4. Irrevocability of Submissions

No Withdrawal: Once you have submitted your review and uploaded any supporting documents, you cannot withdraw or delete your submission. By completing the submission process, you irrevocably agree to the public display of your review and documents on our platform.

Permanent Record: Your review and any associated documents will remain on our platform as a permanent record. We will not take down or remove your review or documents unless required by law or as part of our moderation process for violations of our guidelines.

5. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, libellous, harassing, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Reviews and documents that violate these guidelines may be removed at our discretion.

Ownership: By submitting a review or uploading documents, you grant My Shout My Experience a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with our platform.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Review of Submissions: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content submitted to our platform that violates our terms and conditions or content guidelines.

Reporting Violations: If you believe a review or document violates these terms, please contact our support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Assistance and Fees

Guidance and Support: We will point you to the right organisations for your case. If you choose to pursue your case based on our guidance, we will provide ongoing support and assistance.

Success Fee: Should you choose to pursue your case and achieve a successful outcome, My Shout My Experience will take 20% of the winnings as a service fee. This fee will be applied only if you win the case.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: My Shout My Experience provides the platform and services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content submitted by users.

Limitation: In no event shall My Shout My Experience, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
